Power and Performance
The 2025 Wrangler is tough. Choose from multiple engines: a 3.6L Pentastar® V6 with eTorque, a 2.0L turbocharged I4, a 6.4L HEMI® V8 in the Rubicon 392, or the 4xe plug-in hybrid, which delivers 375 horsepower and up to 21 miles of all-electric range. A six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission is available, depending on the engine. Every Wrangler is four-wheel-drive, with available Rock-Trac® and Selec-Trac® systems. Towing capacity peaks at 5,000 pounds in the four-door models, and Rubicon trims come ready with locking differentials and disconnecting sway bars.
